Greetings from Christ Methodist Prechool’s teachers and families! As a community leader in early childhood education since 1973, CMP includes in its program:
  • Low teacher/student ratio (three teachers and one parent aide for 22 students maximum) with our educated credentialed staff.
  • In addition to the regular preschool program of 9-12 pm, we offer flexible hours which include Early Care (from 7:30 AM drop off), Explorers (12-1 PM) and After Care (1-5 PM) options on your choice of two to five days per week.
  • Ages 3 to 5 in a multi-age classroom (age 3 and toilet taught on or before January 1).
  • Developmentally appropriate thematic curricula. Please note, there is no religious component to any CMP curricula, nor any aspect of our program.
  • Pre-K enrichment for older students.
  • Parent participation option that includes a tuition reduction.
  • A large facility which includes three classrooms, an outdoor play yard and a multi-purpose room for rainy day activities.
  • "Explorers" -- After-school enrichment programs with varying daily themes.

"Christ Methodist Preschool, dedicated to child-focused fun, has been an acknowledged leader in the community for many years. As a child development instructor at Santa Rosa Junior College, I looked for a positive preschool experience for our children. Our family was blessed three-fold as each of our sons attended CMP. There they were nurtured by loving, experienced teachers, learned & grew with the other preschoolers & their families, & gained social skills that fully prepared them for kindergarten." (Glo Wellman, 2014)
